The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:              
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 238                                                            
"An Act amending the program of exploration incentive credits for             
activities involving locatable or leasable minerals or coal deposits           
on certain land in the state; and providing for an effective date."            
                                                                               
HB 238 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                
Finance Committee.
